Refund policy

All purchases made through PrizeTakeover Competitions are entries into a skill-based prize competition.

Because entries are digital and allocated instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once entry confirmation has been issued.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error preventing entry allocation
• Competition cancellation

If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted via our contact page within 48 hours of purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
